Common Support Topics

Google Drive backup and restore

  • Google Drive backup is optional.
  • Sign in with Google from the app's Data & Backup section.
  • Backups are stored in your Google Drive appDataFolder.
  • If restore fails, include the error message and whether the backup was encrypted.

Backup encryption passphrase

  • Backup encryption is optional.
  • If you encrypted a backup, the same passphrase is required to restore it.
  • The app does not provide passphrase recovery.
  • If you forget the passphrase, the encrypted backup cannot be restored.

Health Connect

  • Health Connect sync is optional and Android-only.
  • The feature requires a supported device and Health Connect installation.
  • The app requests weight permissions only.
  • If sync fails, include whether Health Connect is installed and whether read or write permission was granted.

Remove Ads purchase

  • Remove Ads is a one-time Google Play purchase.
  • If your entitlement does not appear after purchase, open the app again and revisit the Remove Ads screen.
  • Include your Play account context only if you are comfortable doing so; do not send payment card details.

Privacy and data deletion

  • Most data is stored locally on your device.
  • You can delete local data in the app or by uninstalling the app.
  • Google Drive backups can be deleted in the app or from your Google Drive account.
  • In-app feedback records can be deleted on request by emailing support.

  • App version and build number
  • Device manufacturer and model
  • Android version
  • Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Relevant feature area, such as backup, Health Connect, reminders, billing, or app lock
